Flexible Mediation Services

Mediation Type

Anthony provides facilitative mediation services. However, evaluative or combined facilitative/evaluative mediation services can be provided on request.

Anthony also facilitates expert witness conclaves and he is prepared to provide a service which relieves the parties’ legal representatives of most of the typical headaches associated with such conclaves. If the parties agree, Anthony is prepared to co-ordinate the entire process including dealing with the administrative issues, providing a conclave venue, assisting the experts and legal representatives in clarifying the issues and questions to be addressed and the eventual production of a joint expert report in appropriate form. Anthony’s fees will be dependent upon disclosure of a number of case specific factors and a quotation will be provided on request.

Anthony prefers full day bookings for mediations but appreciates that there will be some situations where there are time constraints and so, half day mediations may be more appropriate.

Full Day Mediations

Ideally, full day mediations should conclude by 6.00 pm.

Half Day Mediations

Ideally, morning mediations should conclude by 1.00 pm.

Ideally, afternoon mediations should conclude by 6.30 pm.

Mediation Venue

The mediation venue is arranged by the parties. However, if there are only two parties to the mediation, Anthony is prepared to make his consulting rooms at 250 Pitt Street, Sydney available at no additional cost.
